Since you already have your leaf springs above the axle you cannot use an over-under kit like Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00. Instead, your only safe option is to use taller suspension hangers. I attached a link which shows the various sizes of hangers for trailers; you will want to match something up that fits your trailer and is slightly taller than your current hangers to gain the desired lift. view full answer...
To replace the switch on your Lippert Electric Stabilizer Jack 369777 (which has been replaced with the current model # LC298707), you will just need part # LC387874. This includes the switch and wiring harness so that you can get back to extending and retracting your jack.
I have attached a short video demonstration that you can also check out. view full answer...
A higher Load Range E tire is going to have a larger load capacity, which will technically allow the tire to run a bit cooler under load during travel. A radial tire will also do a better job of running cooler than a bias ply alternative. Since excessive heat is the primary cause of trailer tire failure going up a bit in capacity isn't a bad idea at all.
Based on my research it looks like your 2014 Crossroads Cruiser uses ST235/80R16 size tires. If this is correct I recommend the Provider... view full answer...
I may have a solution for you, but the closest replacement kitchen sink would be the LaSalle Bristol Double Bowl RV Kitchen Sink - 33" Long x 19" Wide - Stainless Steel # 34413TGS331974, which is a bit larger than your current sink and would likely require some modification of the rough opening to use. The overall dimensions of this sink are 33" long and 19" wide, and the bowls require a roughly 30" long and 14" wide cutout.
This is a drop-in sink. view full answer...
The easiest way to pick out replacement landing gear sets is to go by the distance between the brackets either on the trailer or on the legs themselves so that you can pick out a set that will match up to the trailer without needing modifications.
Otherwise you could just have the brackets removed from your trailer by a qualified welder and then install the brackets that come with the Bulldog Tandem Landing Gear Set # BD500162. Either way this landing gear set would work well for you,... view full answer...

The Solera awning fabric like the part # LCV000334438 that you referenced does only have the one bead but it would work fine on your roller that does have two slots. It would just install into one of the beads and you'd be set. view full answer...
There aren't any companies making spacers or cover plates so you'd have to get a residential cover plate from your local hardware store and cut it down to fit. You do have to be careful though that you don't go too thick with the cover plate so you can still stay within the 1-1/2" maximum door thickness of the Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit # 295-000021. You'll also want to use a bit of sealant around the cover plate edge to prevent any water from leaking in.
As for the spacer... view full answer...
Broken shackles are definitely a problem you don't want to have. For your 2015 CrossRoads Cruiser 345BH I recommend the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers # MR46ZR. The kit will replace all of your existing shackles with 1/2" thick heavy duty shackles. It also comes with wet bolts and bronze bushings. This will give you long lasting components you can be confident in and help prevent any future failure on your 5th wheel.

We do have one slide-out actuator available by itself (without the motor) with the Lippert # LC145595.
I wasn't able to track down any information using the part number you found on the sticker but you can compare the dimensions of this unit to yours to see if it will work well as a replacement. This actuator has an overall retracted length of 59 inches and an extended length of 98-3/4 inches. Its stroke length is 40 inches and is designed to work with Tuson Motors.

We do have a hitch you can put on the back of your 2004 Crossroads Cruiser. There is not any kind of custom fit hitch available, but you can use an adjustable hitch like the Curt # 13703. This hitch is designed to be universal and can be made to fit virtually any frame between 22" and 72" long. It will have to be bolted/welded to the frame. The hitch itself is rated for 3,500 lbs towing. It also has about 4" of drop which should help to clear your bumper if present.
That said, I was looking... view full answer...

Typically when the "Auto Level Failure" error appears it's either a result of the trailer being on uneven ground or the Zero Point simply needs to be reset.
If you find that the trailer is on unlevel ground simply move it to a different location and this should hopefully resolve the issue. Otherwise you will just need to reset the Zero Point on the system, which is essentially the programmed point that the trailer will return to when using the Auto Level function.

I've attached the owners manual for your 4900K model which is similar to the # MA00-04500K model. It sounds like your operator mechanism is bad according to my tech contact at MaxxAir. For your 4900K model you will want the Replacement Operator Mechanism for MaxxAir MaxxFan Plus or MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vents # MA10-20281K-1AF.
If you can't even manually lift the lid, this mechanism is definitely the issue. view full answer...
The Electric Motor # LG-142178 will work with the Gearbox # LC276602 which is compatible with most 5th wheel landing gear sets on the market. Unless you have a really oddball landing gear set you'll be good to go. If you are unsure about what you have just send me some photos and I can take a look for you.
I've attached a video showing the motor being installed that you can compare with what you have. view full answer...

I'm not sure what you mean by upgrade but we do have the correct replacement bearings for your trailer, the Bearing Kit part # BK3-200 which contains bearings, races, and seals. This is a direct match for the Lippert Bearing Kit 333951.
Please note, if you're having issues with your existing bearings then you should know that the main reason they fail is because of improper lubrication. Therefore, you'll need to make sure you repack them every year and add grease as needed. view full answer...
I believe that you are talking about the Replacement Gearbox # LC276602.
Aside from the rod that comes with the gearbox the only other thing I could think of is the Lead Leg Repair Kit # LC146059 which includes a replacement drive shaft.
Let me know if you were talking about something else and I can see if we carry it.
Please note that the gearboxes can be specific to the 5th wheel landing gear that they fit. view full answer...
